Description

The Locale field specifies the language for incident description text. All countries support US English (en-us). One or more languages may also be supported. The table below details the additional languages supported for each country.

The locale field can be specified as a language-country combination, or simply a language (e.g. “Locale=es-mx” for Spanish-Mexico, or “Locale=es” for Spanish). If the country isn’t specified the most appropriate language for this region will be specified. For example, for Mexico “Locale=es” will return Spanish (Mexico), but for Spain “Locale=es” will return Spanish (Spain).
